  1. Good stuff. I wish my parents knew about these alternatives when I was a kid. One question, though. Is it bad for your teeth to go through the process over again with one of these alternatives if you had traditional braces years back?

    • While multiple instance of orthodontics aren’t necessarily ideal, it’s important to have a proper bite to maintain optimal dental health. So to answer your question, it depends on the situation, but a good orthodontist and/or dentist should be able to give you the best answer for your situation.
